This is the second claustaphobia postcard I have recieved. A rather unique way of showing it - but I like it! The nice thing about mail art is that you can do whatever you like really, there aren't many rules apart from recieving and sending mail art.

I received this postcard - and I think although it is disturbing it rings very true to those who suffer from depression.
